Overview

PROFICA's experience extends from the delivery of large high specification residential developments, mixed use high density developments and golf estates to innovative housing systems across Southern Africa and further afield in Africa.

Profica is involved in a number of developments and housing schemes that include mixed-use and integrated housing solutions for the delivery of mixed income and sustainable housing projects across South Africa.

Jackal Creek Golf Estate (Completed 2008)

Profica received the 2008 ACPM Project Management Excellence Award for this project.

Profica was appointed the Project Managers and Principle Agents for Group Five Property Development Services on a number of residential precincts within a 160 hectare housing estate (approximately 40,000m² of residential development). Jackal Creek is unique in offering apartment style living in a parkland setting on an 18 hole gf course.

Hlanganani Gardens, Social Housing, Cosmo City (Completed 2009)

This project was a nominee for the 2010 SAPOA Innovative Exellence Project Awards.

Profica are appointed as the Project Managers to oversee the design and construction of 281 social housing units in Cosmo City, Johannesburg Housing Company.

Avianto Residential Development, Muldersdrift (Current)

Profica are appointed as the Project Managers for the development of 115 residential sites, civil and internal services, estate infrastructure bridge and guard house.

Casa Mia & MBV Buildings, Johannesburg CBD (Under Construction)

Casa Mia is an old Hotel building consisting of 11 storeys & basement being refurbished and converted to 191; 2 bed residential units.

MBV is an old Hospital building consisting of 8 storeys & 6 basements being refurbished and converted to 157 (377 beds) transitional accommodation units.
