Jackal Creek Golf Estate Client: Group Five Property Development Services (Pty) Ltd Value: R 200 Million Duration: Aug 2005 - June 2007 Project Overview This project entailed the construction of residential apartments in a golf course estate environment, the site is located in Honeydew, Johannesburg. This phase included construction of 410 units over four precincts’, namely P8, 9, 10 and 11. Precincts 8 & 11 were constructed by Group Five Housing and P9&10 were constructed by Lenco Building Contractors.  Profica’s Role To act as the client representative and provide project management services to take this project from inception to completion. Profica was engaged as the principle agent thus managing and being responsible for all aspects of the project including managing contract administration, co-ordination between the requirements of the estate developers and our client, close-out and hand-over. Client Benefits/Value Add Profica’s project management experience was drawn upon to coordinate between the civils contractor, the builders and landscaper as well as the integration of the entire design ensuring the timely handover and occupation of these sectional title units.
