Dti Campus Block G, Tshwane (Completed - 2006)
Profica appointed as Project and Construction Managers for this tenant installation of 4 storey (8,000m²) block within the Dti Campus. The Dti campus is a 65,000m² campus comprising a number of buildings; it was one of South Africa’s first Private Public Partnerships.  

  

 

Regent Place, Tshwane (Completed - 2006)
Profica delivered this 12 storey (9,000m²) base building refurbishment and tenant installation project in Tshwane. Interestingly this building has a reinforced concrete core off which the floor slabs are cantilevered (i.e. the building basically hangs off the core, there are no columns)  

  

 

Alice Lane Campus, Sandton (Completed - 2007)
Profica appointed as Project Construction Managers for this base building refurbishment and tenant installation for a 4 storey (10,000m²) building in Sandton. The base building works entailed a re-design of the reception foyer, lift lobbies and building entrance including two spectacular water features.

   

 

Altech / Autopage Development, Midrand (Completed - 2008)
Profica was appointed as Principle Agents for this 2,500 m² new build commercial office development. The project also entails the refurbishment of the 5,000 m² existing Altech/Autopage building so that the architectural language corresponds with the new building.

 

Profica was appointed as Turn Key Project and Construction Managers and have signed a 3 year framework agreement with Ericsson to undertake the fit-out and refurbishment roll-out of all Ericsson’s offices throughout Africa.

Profica completed the 700m² Head Office in Lusaka, Zambia and the 3000m² Multi-Flex office fit-out in Dakar, Senegal (This is the first full multi-flex design office in Africa).  Project in progress is the 400m²  Multi-Flex office fit–out in Kigali, Rwanda.  Up-Coming Projects are scheduled in Cameroon, Madagascar, Nigeria, Benin.

12 Fredman Drive (Completion October 2010)Profica was appointed the Project Managers for the refurbishment of 12 Fredman Drive. Scope of work comprises new external facades and construction of the New East and West Entrances which includes a refurbishment to reception area. ÂBuilding to be cladded with Hulabond and to receive Curtain Glazed Walling to the New East & West Entrances and repaving of the entire parking lot and new perimeter fencing.
