Project Overview
This development incorporates 100,000m2 of new commercial and industrial space in a themed business park, with a full turnkey package being offered to prospective tenants.

Profica's Role
Profica are appointed as Project Managers for the development, managing the pre-construction land development requirements, the infrastructure contracts and the construction of the top structures from inception to completion. As well as the Project Management role, Profica are also appointed as the Leasing Managers for the scheme which involves the briefing of potential tenants, the setting up and management of the leasing structure and process involving key stages to ultimately arrive at a signed Agreement for Lease. This being based upon a fully designed top structure as per the individual tenants requirements.
