Project Overview
Building of four Industrial buildings (3000m2 Ea.) for various tenant's requirements within the Longmeadow Park. The buildings are at various stages of completion with an average of four month construction periods for each.

Profica's Role
To act as the client representative and provide project management services from inception to completion. Profica was engaged as the principle agent thus managing and being responsible for all aspects of the project including managing all the stakeholders, design, contract administration, construction, close-out and hand-over.


Client Benefits and Value Adds
Profica’s project management experience was brought in to streamline and bolster the delivery of the clients existing building projects as well as to undertake all new projects (i.e. profica to manage the entire portfolio). Profica was able to dedicate resources to ensure that all the aspects of the projects were brought into line (i.e design issues, programme, quality and cost) thus allowing the developer to concentrate on building their core business.
