A number of Profica's senior project managers have delivered Hotel and Leisure projects in South Africa and across the globe. Profica therefore has the necessary experience and expertise in house to deliver large and complex developments within this sector.

Blythedale Hotel, Kwazulu-Natal (Current)

Profica was appointed as Project Managers for a new 200 room hotel and resort development in the Blythedale Estate.

Serala View Hotel, Polokwane (Current)

Profica was appointed as Project Managers for a new 120 room hotel and conference centre in Polokwane.

Xai-Xai Hotel, Mozambique (Current)

Profica was appointed as the Development & Project Managers for the refurbishment and fit-of the Xai-Xai Hotel in Mozambique.

Nyungwe Forest Lodge, Rwanda (Complete)

Profica was appointed as Project Managers for the completion of a 20 bed Luxury Hotel - Nyungwe Forest Lodge in Gisakura in Rwanda.

The hotel consists of a restaurant, lounge, kitchen, pool facility, gymnasium, maintenance and staff quarters as well as a retail and office complex.

Sirt Hotel, Lybia (Design Complete)

Profica was appointed as Project Managers for the 5 Star Sirt Hotel. The hotel consists of a 200 room (11,000m²) hotel, 75 villas (total area 5,250m²), swimming pools, tennis courts, seaside jetty, restaurants, conference Facilities ( 5 000 m² ), etc.
