Tiffindell Client: Tiff Ski LTD Value: circa R250 million Duration: 36 months Project Overview The ski resort of Tiffindell in the Eastern Cape is undergoing a major expansion as a new 5 star hotel, spa and lifestyle village is planned for construction over the next 24 months. This new upmarket village will consist of a 5 star hotel, ice rink, freestanding fractional ownership chalets, restaurants, shops, coffee bars, conference centre, spa, gym and additional amenities high in the mountains and at the base of the new ski runs. Additional ski runs are being constructed with high tech chairlifts for easy access to the top of the highest mountain in the Eastern Cape. In additional, other infrastructure is being installed to ensure that Tiffindell is the premier adventure destination. Freehold stands are available for purchase with building packages, taking the total number of additional beds at the resort to just under 700. Profica’s Role Profica are the development and project managers for the entire new build expansion project, including all associated amenities.
