Client: Zenprop Property Holdings Value: R 25 Million Duration: Dec 2005 – Sept 2006 Project Overview This project entailed the refurbishment of the base building as well as the necessary tenant installation for a 12 storey (9000m2) building in the Tshwane Inner City. Profica's Role To act as the client representative and provide project and construction management services to take this project from inception to completion. Profica was engaged as the principle agent thus managing and being responsible for all aspects of the project including managing all the stakeholders, design, contract administration, construction, close-out and hand-over. Client Benefits and Value Adds Profica’s broad project management experience was drawn upon for the strategic management and planning of the project, thus giving the client confidence that the project was in safe hands. In addition to this Profica undertook a construction management role ensuring the professional management of the contractors and therefore had direct control of the quality and cost of the project.
