Altech Autopage Client: Investec Property Group Value: R 50 Million Duration: Oct 2006 – Oct 2007 Project Overview This project entails the Project Management of a 2,500m2 new build commercial office development in the Waterfall Office Park. Being a new build Profica were able to design a purpose built building using the latest architectural styles, materials and finishes. The project includes a walkway which links the new building with the existing one as the refurbishment of the 5000m2 existing building. Profica’s Role As Principle Agents, Profica is responsible for all aspects of the project from inception to completion including the management of all the stakeholders, professional consultants, design team, contract administration, financial management as well as managing the various contractors.
